The Incline Health Advanced Postnatal Program is designed for those who have completed our Postnatal 8-Week Program or mums six-months postpartum wanting to introduce other forms of exercise.
The program will help prepare your body for exercise and physical activities such as running, jogging, gym, crossfit, HIIT, tennis and cycling.
Progressing through the six-part program at home in your own time, you will experience exercises with short bursts of cardiovascular components and faster flowing movements.
