The Incline Health Advanced Postnatal Program is designed for those who have completed our Postnatal 8-Week Program or mums six-months postpartum wanting to introduce other forms of exercise. 

Therefore this program will help prepare your body for exercise and physical activities such as running, jogging, gym, crossfit, HIIT, tennis and cycling. 

Furthermore, the program is designed to progressively challenge participants, allowing them to gradually rebuild their fitness levels while avoiding unnecessary strain.

Progressing through the six-part program at home in your own time, you will experience exercises with short bursts of cardiovascular components and faster flowing movements.
