Congratulations on your gorgeous baby and welcome to your Incline Health Postnatal 8-week Program. Now it is time to focus on getting your body back to a strong and stable state so you can care for your baby and return to exercise. The Incline Health Postnatal 8-week Program is designed so you can achieve this in the comfort of your own time and in your own home.
The team at Incline Health have carefully designed this 8-week program to help you regain, retrain and strengthen you from the core to your entire body. It is all about going at your own pace and slowly building up your strength and stability.
The program contains 2 helpful tutorial videos which guide you through what is an abdominal separation and information on releasing fascia tension due to your pregnancy. The program delivers 8 weeks of safe and effective exercises to help restore, regain and build strength. The program revolves around breathing and deep core activation, as well as pelvic floor and gluteal stability. As the weeks pass the program guides you through exercises for postural stability and upper body integration.
