It’s all about going at your own pace, slowly building strength and stability.
The Postnatal 8-Week Program contains:
- Two tutorial videos explaining abdominal separation and information on releasing fascia tension due to your pregnancy.
- Effective exercises to help restore, regain and build overall strength.
- A focus on breathing and deep core activation.
- Pelvic floor and gluteal stability exercises.
- Postural stability and upper body integration exercises.
