What is pilates?
Pilates is an exercise program using low-impact flexibility, strength, and endurance movements to promote a balanced mind, body and spirit.
Why do pilates?

Our Pilates classes
Our Pilates instructors are clinically trained and work either one-on-one or with a maximum of 3 people per session to make sure you are supported throughout the program. They work to optimise your movement and function using basic exercises and apparatus such as the reformer, Cadillac, ladder barrel, Wunda chair and spine corrector. Our aim is to promote your health and well being through movement to improve all areas of your life.

Incline Health and Five Dock
Five Dock is one of our Northern neighbours near the Parramatta River. We have been helping people from Five Dock with movement and pain relief for many years. The trip to our Leichhardt clinic to Five Dock is short, with a usually easy drive, under 10 minutes in the car. Buses leave every 10 minutes from the Five Dock Shops, and the bus trip totals an average of 25 minutes. If you are able-bodied and enjoy a bike ride, there is a beautiful 5.2km ride along the river and Hawthorn Canal shared path taking you from Five Dock Park to our clinic.
