Jackie is an integral part of Incline Health and has many years of experience as both a chiropractic clinician and a university clinical supervisor. With a strong focus on manual therapy and rehabilitation, Jackie is an expert in returning patients to full function and pain free in the quickest time possible.
Jackie has a particular interest in treating neck issues and headaches that has lead to her innovative “take home care” programs. Jackie has a strong passion for patient focused care allowing her to give maximum benefit to all her patients under her care.
Her close relationship with local GPs and other therapist allows Jackie tackle complicated cases with the upmost success. This multi disciplinary approach enhances all her patients care.

Pat is an experienced physiotherapist who empowers his patients physically and mentally to recover and maintain a healthy lifestyle. He treats a variety of musculoskeletal injuries ranging from the everyday niggles, to sports injuries and post op rehabilitation, and has a passion for helping athletes perform at their best.
Having trained in Pilates, Pat uses a movement based treatment model that combines hands on therapy, dry needling and corrective exercises to ensure patients leave the clinic moving well and equipped with the knowledge to prevent future issues.
As a father of an active toddler Pat ensures he keeps up his fitness with an early morning gym routine. He enjoys down time with the family, and all things food, especially if it involves a trip to his Nonna’s for a well cooked meal!

Zac is an experienced physiotherapist that provides a holistic approach for patients, encouraging an active lifestyle to maintain optimal health and wellbeing. Zac treats a wide array of injuries and conditions such as everyday aches and pains, sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and has particular interest in exercise-based rehabilitation for athletes.
Having experience in teaching Pilates and exercise classes, Zac utilises an active based model of care that combines manual therapy, dry needling and tailored exercise programs to get patients back to their sports and activities and to manage their condition with self-management strategies.
In his down time, you’ll usually find Zac training in the gym or bouldering with his mates. He’ll spend most weekends out watching rugby league and loves to spend time with family and friends.

With a strong focus on the biomechanics of the human body, James’ unique hands-on approach allows him to offer a complete and thorough method to managing injuries and overall enhancement of wellbeing.
James’ involvement with elite and local sport clubs: treating their athlete’s injury and enhancing athletic performance, allows him to provide a “multi-modal” approach to all patients under his care.
James has a special interest in Functional Training and Pilates. He applies these principles to excel not only sporting performance, but also overall function through everyday life.

Amanda is a qualified pilates equipment instructor trained through Tania Huddart (PMA) at Hearts and Bones Pilates Centre, New Zealand. Amanda’s love for pilates began at the age of 12, to help with her ballet training and this relationship of pilates and dance has continued to this day. Amanda danced professionally as a ballet dancer with the Royal New Zealand Ballet Company; upon finishing her dance career, she changed her focus from dance to biomechanics which developed into a great passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Amanda has been successfully teaching pilates throughout New Zealand and London as a rehabilitation and movement specialist alongside Physiotherapists. She has developed individual pilates programmes for professional athletes including the Wellington Phoenix Football team, Wellington Saints Basketball team and was the head of pilates for the New Zealand School of Dance Scholars. In 2017 Amanda won the Tatler UK gym award with Xtend Barre London for teaching postnatal “Babies on Board” classes. Amanda is very passionate about helping people overcome injuries and the importance of injury prevention. Her knowledge and experience will help not only dancers and athletes but all bodies to achieve their individual goals.

Elysha obtained her Diploma Of Professional Pilates Instruction from Pilates International Training Centre in 2014. Elysha has been working as a Pilates instructor ever since completing her Diploma. Also, Elysha has been a dancer for 30 years and has worked professionally in the performing arts industry both in Australia and overseas. Some of Elysha’s theatre credits include the Australian Touring productions of Saturday Night Fever, The Bodyguard and Dirty Dancing the Musical. You may have seen her most recently in Opera Australia’s production at the Opera House, “Carmen”.
Pilates was an integral part of Elysha’s physical education throughout her dance training. She was introduced to Pilates in her early teens to compliment her full-time Ballet training. Her experience with Pilates during her formative years greatly helped her understanding of the benefits of the Pilates Method for not just athletes, but for everyone. She has used Pilates to elongate her dance career and has gained a great passion for Pilates instruction in the process. Elysha is also a highly sought after dance teacher. Teaching at prestigious full time dance institutions and various junior schools all over Sydney, including Sydney Dance Company. Elysha is extremely excited to join the team at Incline Health.
