What to Expect from Physiotherapy Exercise Classes
Your Exercise Class journey will begin with a one-on-one Initial Consultation with the physiotherapist (at our Leichhardt clinic) where a variety of movement tests will be performed and goals will be set – this will form the foundation of your exercise program. Depending on your level of experience, the physio may recommend a private class before joining a semi-private class. Semi-private classes have a maximum of 3 clients allowing the physio to provide personalised exercises with a high level of supervision. Your program is then reassessed at regular intervals to ensure you reach your injury and fitness goals.
