Congratulations Mum-To-Be! Welcome to your Prenatal Program. During this exciting time your body will undergo a huge amount of change. We have designed this program to support your physical and musculoskeletal health throughout this journey. The program allows you to build stability and strength through body whilst your baby grows in a safe and strong environment. This can all be achieved in the comfort of your own home.
The program is built into three sections which revolve around each trimester of your pregnancy. Each trimester will include helpful tutorials and exercise videos specific to your stage of pregnancy.
Section 1: First Trimester contains 2 tutorial videos discussing key tips for dealing with your body’s adaptation to pregnancy and the importance of your pelvic floor in this journey. Followed by 5 specialised videos guiding you through breathing, pelvic stability and postural exercises.
Section 2: Second Trimester contains 2 tutorial videos followed by 6 specialised videos guiding you through more advanced exercise to keep you stable and strong through this part of pregnancy.
Section 3: Third Trimester contains 5 specialised videos guiding you through safe and effective movements in these final months.
